Work was in overdrive this week and my physical activity fell off. My intention is to bounce right back and get into the swing of things before I'm too comfortable with not going to the gym!

That being said, I purchased a few new toys this week to help develop new disciplines of accountability. Not the least of these toys was a pilates mat and an Ipod so that I can check the calorie count of food with Fat Secret (it seems some of these eating establishments are not on the up and up with the actual calories and fat grams in their food).

I've decided that March 17 (St. Patrick's Day) will begin my transition back into real food. My next goal is to plan out an entire month of food so that at the end of my reentry into regular food (it should take an entire month to get my system back into regular eating) I'll be able to live within the parameters that I've set. I've also come to the conclusion that this will have to be a way of life for me. Onward, and downward (weight loss that is!).
209.9 lb Lost so far: 16.1 lb.    Still to go: 32.9 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
