Last night I workout as usual and also made sure to do my pushups with this handy app. I did 29 pushups but in 5 6 8 5 5 increments. The fitness instructor stated that we should not be eating after 7 or 8pm. SO last night I did have some ginger ale with a ginger capsule but that was to take the vitamins I am taking. Not sure they are working but I still have a ton to go so I will keep taking them until I cant anymore haha. This morning I was more conscious about food. I did have breakfast which was yogurt/blackberries. Not the kind of breakfast she recommends which is whole grain. I do not like oatmeal, tried cream of wheat-not a big fan. Cereal is cool but it is a lot of work figuring out the milk. Plus when I eat cereal I am definitely more hungry. Last night I was even inspired to make the world's best tuna sandwich I hope. sweet and saucy tuna, red peppers, banana peppers, pickles, and celery. Of course, I have no ideal what it taste like because I did not try any as tempting as it was last night. I do feel that I have more energy and I am in control. But like many I eat to feel my emotion pit which mounts up to be loneliness and utter boredom. But for real to be honest I simply love FOOD no lie.
