GOD! i have shin splints like a bitch, but im not doing such high intensity running this weekend. Just stretching and my ballet warmups im afraid...wont burn as many calories, but i'll def. feel better on monday im sure.

Also, MUST refrain from pigging out if we go over to dad's on sunday for superbowl. take healthy snacks with me, and be polite, but decline hot dogs, chili nachos, cheese fries, mini pizzas, the whole chabang. NO exceptions.

I've been trying to eat for nutrition lately, and it seems to be working. Like if you think of yourself as merely a machine that needs fuel to keep working, an organism who needs the base material for life. It's water, meat, fruit/veggies, and bran...in my opinion. So, I am a machine...emotionless, hardcore, works until the work is done and eats only what's needed to keep moving, and prefers sleep energy to food energy.

Let's have a good, healthy super bowl weekend dieters. ;DD
