Yes! Finally! (Actually, FINALLY is an exaggeration. I'm just impatient to reach my goal!) It sure felt good to record a 2 lb weight loss this morning. I started my new eating/exercise regimen January 4th, and I have lost just under 15 lbs. I think I should be happy with that! Losing sure is a good motivator to keep with it.
This weekend is going to be a challenge. Tomorrow I am going to Coushatta on a party bus with friends to go gambling. Tomorrow night there is a big party ~ for three friends with February birthdays. Sunday, I leave for Austin for a two-day conference. Austin's famous 6th Street is calling my name!!
I have an annual crawfish boil to attend in April. I am obligated to go ~ and my ex will be there. I will be *&^%$@'d if I want to show up heavier than when we last saw each other! I have to lose 30 lbs just to be the size I was when we together.
