I got in my two workouts the first of the week changing to doing more wights then cardio. I got a really good leg workout on Tuesday and then fell ill immediatly after, seriously the wierdest thing. But I have strepthroat an have been in bed since Tuesday night. I'm surprised by the weightloss this week due to the lack of energy, eating and actually being productive in my day. I'd like to hit my goal by valentines day.
178.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 35.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.7 lb a week
