Only down .4 this week, but I guess that's better then gaining. I didn't do such a good job with eating well and the exercise trickled off as I had more going on with school. Today the goal is exercise and at least 3 healthy meals!

Vintage, thanks for adding me as a buddy. Congrats on the loss - especially if you had a rough week with eating and exercising. A loss is always better than a gain! :) Hop on that new elliptical and take it for a spin. I just gave mine to my parents about six months ago and now I'm regretting it. Have a great weekend!
