i have come to the conclusion that i need to write down what I eat. I don't think that i am noticing how much i eat and what i am actually eating. i saw somebodys suggestion for thedailyplate.com so i think i'm going to try that and see how it works.
162.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

I don't think I am eating enough either. On days when I eat more, and feel like I have ate too much, I am actually down a pound the next day. Hmmm....I just hate to eat if i am not hungry or wanting anything.

If you reached that conclusion and are willing to act on it, I'm sure it will help you correct the exact problem you mention. It's so easy to fall into underestimating what one eats. graciepoo: you are blessed, don't fight not being hungry until you have lost everything. :-)
