Alone again and now I can get back on my routine. I have 3 months to get 275. At least that's what I am aiming for. Well I'm aiming for under 270 but I want to be reasonable with the weight loss. Not set myself up for failure and all. So barring any changes to plans and schedules that's my goal. I will weigh in tomorrow as there is probably water weight from the no walking for a week and eating salty food.
