Worked out this morning. Sort of disappointed at the brief (I hope) plateau, but I think it's perfectly understandable. I traveled over the weekend and tried to diet and exercise, but didn't do as well with either as I would at home.
I should see some more weight loss this week. I am 1/3 of the way to my goal of 180. Although, depending on how I feel and how I look, I may stop at 185.

You're doing great, David. The plateau is understandable for the reasons you said, and also from starting phase 2. Weight loss slows down during that transition... same thing happened for me. I wonder if a change in your workout might do some good? Not sure what that change would be, but maybe some variation would get your body's attention, so to speak, and get it back into losing. Keep up the good work!
