Oh Boy, The Dreary/Rainy days have really taken a toll on my weight!!! I'm up 1.4 lbs. For the last 2-3 weeks I have had a hard time reeling in the food choices I've made. I have GOT to get a handle on my food choices. My exercising is going very well, it's the FOOD that's the problem. Maybe I'll drink ALOT MORE WATER, maybe that will help or maybe a nice VACATION to somewhere WARM and SUNNY. Time to get my day started. It's Mocha time. Until next week.
