well here we are again, cant believe time flies so fast. still struggling but not putting on so have to see that as a positive. have some bad days where the food gets the better of me and i cant seem to stop eating bad stuff. keep trying to get head round no bad stuff but cant seem to shake it. read allen carrs book no more diets and although i can see what he says dont think i could follow it. might try eating fruit for breakfast on its own and not with cereal for a while. perhaps introducing more salad meals and not so much meat. also drink more water.
