Tennis Mama's Journal, 04 February 2010

This is day two. I think I did okay yesterday with my diet. Definitely did well exercising. I am going to try to eat more vegetables and fruits today. It is 8:30am and I have not had breakfast yet. I am having a cup of green tea with lemon and sugar right now.

Quit coaching my daughter's tennis team after one season. They told me that I was too mean. I probably am. Though not intentional, I just wanted them to do well. I thought I was fair in balancing out their hard efforts with rewarding them at the end of the season with a big Christmas party. And was planning a skating event for the next season. I don't want a lot of drama with this team. They definitely have potential and I'd like for them to see it. Moving on.

I registered for a women's bible study this morning, but decided not to go until next week because I would have been 20 minutes late.

Need to find a support group. Will look again later. Needing some encouragement and motivation to obtain this huge goal ahead of me.

Hope I can with a local tennis team in my area. The exercise will do me good. Keeping my fingers crossed.
