Monday at work we started the Biggest Loser. Each had to buy in at $20. I weighed 187.3. I need to lose 30lbs in 3 mths. That is my goal for myself. I am just coming off Chantix..so we will see how I do. Today was hard because we get food from the reps.. and I ended up eating a big brownie that was 500 calories. Tonight I only walked one mile briskly, but I need to walk 4 hrs a day to lose 10lbs a month.
