Breakfast: PB and two whole grain waffles
Lunch: bowl of homemade goulash (mmm!)
Snack: some sweet chai tea drink and three mini "mooncakes"--went to a nearby Buddhist temple to celebrate the Chinese New Year, and these were the traditional foods to sample. Another mmm!
Dinner: sweet potato, quinoa mix

Exercise: beach hiking for about an hour, -450 cal on elliptical and treadmill
