Apparently today WAS an eating day even though I thought I had done OK. After entering all my food I realized that today was 300 calories more than where I wanted my calorie intake to be. I definitely have to be more aware of how much I am consuming. A great challenge is set to sail in three days. No hiding, no cheating...I highly recommend it for anyone that is interested in logging ALL their intake.
