It has been I think two days since I last typed. Sorry Helen! I am keeping track of everything I eat but don't feel like exercising lately. Maybe I will feel differently tomorrow. Wow I just looked at the time and saw that it is tomorrow so let me rephrase that last sentence. Maybe I will feel differently today. Type at you tonight. Have a good weekend!!

lol i am just opposite. Have not even read your journals.
I have been doing alot of skiing. Love getting out in the snow. I am determined to get to goal before end of year. Still working on getting 7 pounds off by Feb 14.

I am still tracking what i eat as well. On this site you can see your monthly average. I am eating 1261 calories a day. Also excerise in showing a defict. More cals out than in-- just waiting for the scale to understand. LOL.
