OK today i realize that if i eat fruits and less fat and protein i feel full. i don't even feel like i need sugar. i think the less sugar you have the more you want it. well i hope and pray this plan will help me lose 20lbs and keep it off for good. i know i mite not lose 20lbs in a month or 2 but at least i cam do it in 4months, well i will be kicking my exercise back up and a week, i hate not really working out but i just haven't felt like it but i am back on track and staying away from quick and easy dieting, it will only mess you up in the end.
