Honestly's Journal, 27 January 2012

Jeans fresh from the dryer, what a blow to the psyche. Looks like I will be standing up all day. Still, four months ago I would not have gotten these jeans past my ankles. I will just have to do all my breathing later in my jammies.
Working on getting my head on straight. Told myself it was a "pathetic" work-out yesturday. Caught myself then appologized to me. I did not work out as long or hard as usuall but it was not pathetic. I worked out. Pathetic was sitting in the recliner with a 3400calorie portion of something with no nutrional value. Sooo 5 months ago. Will remove head from ass and be kinder to myself. We should all be our best cheerleader for ourselves. I'm getting some pom-poms! Forward motion.

Any and all workouts are good ones. It's good you caught yourself and changed the way you were talking to yourself. Soon you'll only say nice things as it should be. Good job on the workout!
