Jeans fresh from the dryer, what a blow to the psyche. Looks like I will be standing up all day. Still, four months ago I would not have gotten these jeans past my ankles. I will just have to do all my breathing later in my jammies. Working on getting my head on straight. Told myself it was a "pathetic" work-out yesturday. Caught myself then appologized to me. I did not work out as long or hard as usuall but it was not pathetic. I worked out. Pathetic was sitting in the recliner with a 3400calorie portion of something with no nutrional value. Sooo 5 months ago. Will remove head from ass and be kinder to myself. We should all be our best cheerleader for ourselves. I'm getting some pom-poms! Forward motion.
