Started my diet few days ago, together with some activity at home.
So far I've also managed to keep a simple food diary in which I keep the counting of calories, fat and saturated, carbs: I've divided it by day, and the 4 times of the day in which I am suppose eating :) ... by doing so I've noticed that at the moment I am on below the average of all the elements on my 1600 cal diet, which is good on one hand but not sure if it is healthy: it seems so to me, I mean I have breakfast, a good lunch and dinner and a couple of snacks...although I still haven't properly introduced vegetables and fruit: at the moment I've introduced avocados and tomatoes...still long way to go but I'll get there :).
About exercising: I have dedicated 3-4 days a week, in which I do 3 different routines. 1) At home, XBOX Fit program between half an hour and 1 hour. 2) At home, XBOX Dance program, up to 1h. 3) At home, TaeBo, half an hour. 4)Roller derby session, 2h.
I hope to get back to my original weight in 3-4 months :)
