Maintained the same weight as yesterday. Had dinner at Nick's. His homemade salad consists of spinach, teriaki chicken, nuts, salsa, cottage cheese, & yellow bell peppers. No added oils & really good!
166.2 lb Lost so far: 6.8 lb.    Still to go: 41.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
