Alcohol is destroying my weight loss and I just can't seem to stop.

I just looked up how many calories I've consumed just by drinking alcohol and last night I drank over 1500 calories.

It looks like I may have to try and stop drinking if I am to get my weight under control again.

my entire weight gain was down to alcohol consumption during university! no take aways ever!

I'm with you there - it's so easy to rack up lots of calories if you like a drink. I try to mitigate it a bit by factoring them in but that takes a lot of the fun out.
