I am not sure what I did right, but I lost six pounds since January 9. (Today is January 26\). I don't feel it at all. When I went to the nutritionis, her scale showed 345 (but I had on my tennis shoes) so I don't consider that a reliable source.
I ate fast food twice because of my going to class on Thursday and Bible study on Wednesday. I will look for ways to not have to eat out on those days.
I started back to the gym and put in an old Richard Simmons tape on.

Diet followed reasonably well.
