Day 3. Hoping that this time I will be more faithful and persistent with this diet/lifestyle. Sooo, many diets, sooo many times. This has to be a lifestyle change and not just a diet. I am trying to walk every day. Exercising is difficult because I have a twist in the bottom part of my spine. So, no twisting and careful with the bending. Walking is the best exercise I can find. I'm just so tired of feeling this way. Praying that this time, I won't give up.

Good luck to you. Walking is THE best exercise. When I quit smoking in '97 and hit 300 lbs I did the only thing I could do-walk-and that has stayed with me as a friend and habit and so much more ever since. I've been on a diet of some kind since I was 12 years old and it is extremely frustrating. I have finally found the answer in Bright Line Eating. I'm down 40 lbs since November and feel so much freer around food. It's unbelievable. It's not a diet per se. It addresses ALL of it-behaviors around food, addictive foods and their mechanisms, support on your journey. Check it out and see if it might be what you need...www.brightlineeating.com

Good for you!! Do you have any certain plan that you're following?

ehead, I'm not following a plan really. Just eating Healthier, watching calories and staying away from things like breads, pastas and sweets. Also trying to walk everyday for as long as my back allows.

Recumbent bike won't hurt your back or knees

I agree with YPMO - biking is ok too! Just don't over do it. Start slow and work your way up
