I finally remembered to slap on my pedometer this morning! Aiming for 10,000 steps. According to the ever accurate (ha ha) weather channel it is supposed to be +1 today so assuming they are correct I have no excuse for not walking outside and reaching my goal.

Great goal! Have you figured out how to set the pedometer to your own steps? I just use it the way it is. Gotta remember to wear mine to work, not just during exercise!Thanks for accepting the buddy request.
