Breakfast atkins choc chip granola bar, coffee w heavy cream, lunch O'Nieals chicken salad, glass chardonney, dinner soup w veggies and sausage.
Sick with chest cold--feel week and am coughing lots--worked out Friday but not yesterday and probably not today--I'll see how I feel. My weight decreased a lot but I think it's dehydration vs weight loss. Just entered the final two weeks of my 'maintain' weight goal segment. I will probably enter maintenance phase of Atkins after I complete this next two weeks.
