Hey! Just checking in with my old friends from after New Years! (And any of you new die hards...) I was down 10-12 pounds on Phase 1, but then have been holding steady on Phase 2/3 ever since. I'm going to visit my parents in a week, and since my Mom always rags on me, I decided to go back on Phase 1 for 2 weeks. I've been 100% since last Saturday. I'll weigh-in just before I leave Friday. I began my journey at 193, and was at 182 at my last weigh-in. I'm trying to get under 170. Hopefully, getting back on Phase 1 after 5 months will get me down another 5-10 pounds. I look and feel good. I am really hungry this time around. I didn't feel this way the first time - maybe just because it was so new then and I was motivated. To all of my old friends, if I can do it, so can you! Let's get those next 10 pounds off together! Keep in tourch. Cheers! /d
