Exercise: Not much today. Some stretching, vibram foot exercises, 100-ups, and some crunches this morning. Had to be at work early and left late, so no cardio.

Diet:
Breakfast: Atkins shake
Lunch: lean hamburger patty with an egg and cheddar cheese
Snack: sushi
Dinner: Made some "not quite Peking" chicken wrapped in lettuce, cauliflower "fried rice" w/ mushrooms, and almond green beans. Damn, that was good - and almost no carbs.

if i wore a hat i would take it off to you... your commitment to exercise makes me feel like a sloth... i dont have it in me to go to the gym just yet, i do have a treadmill and an eliptical and an ab roller and a multigym weights machine at home but mostly they gather dust... and there you are banging out 100 push ups and 12 mile cycles, inspirational!!!
