I've been doing really well. I am making a lot of progress with food, and staying within my daily limit for the most part. I have been getting up an hour and half earlier and going to the gym. I have added the elliptical trainer to my workouts, plus the walking I'm already doing. I have been cooking more, and eating at home more. I feel really good. I don't know why I've had such a lifelong block on exercise - it makes me feel great and I'm always glad I did it when I'm done.
