I feel like this diet is getting easier each day. I've just accepted that I need to put all those fattening foods out of my mind and live healthy. I physically feel great today which is something new to me. My friend Sing Sweet is helping me on my way to a healthier and slimmer me and I'm grateful! :)

Hey, don't forget to input your hours driving and sitting in a chair at home and desk work counts too....all gives you a better idea of how many calories you burn doing "normal" stuff. Glad to see you're getting your head and heart right for this wonderful change you are undertaking. I'm rootin' for you girlfriend!!
