Week 4 of 3rd 6 wks, 136.8, 36% body fat, musc mass 83, trace ketones, no exercise, still sick but will work out today.
Breakfast chock chip granola atkins bar, coffee w heavy cream, lunch salad w chicken, dinner smoked turkey, swiss cheese, sweet pickles, choc covered low carb vanilla ice cream bar.
If I wasn't on Atkins I would not have the heart to eat well--work is so depressing that I would have a 'what does it really matter' attitude. Fortunately, I'll get through this, work will change, and god-willing, I'll stay on plan.
