I 've lost a fee pounds this week out of sadness. My boyfriend left me on thursday and ever since I have not been able to eat. I spent 2 days 1/2 without food only water...and for the last 2 days I've only ate one meal consisting of 2 or 3 eggs. I hope to feel better and get back on track.

Things will look up in time. You have to eat and get back on track, you'll be fine and learn from the relationship on how not to let the next one go down the same path...

I'm in the same boat. Actually was...just like an hour ago I totally pigged out and let me tell you that end of the spectrum isn't so grand either. The mentality I logged in here with is "at least diet and exercise are something I can control", which when you are floating in the sad abyss you just need something to grab and focus onto. Maybe that's not healthy but it's what I'm going to do.

i say..."concentrate on making YOURSELF feel good about YOURSELF" sometimes its easier said then done..Music helps me as well..i have lots of stressors in my life and alot working against me health wise but im doing it..gotta keep up ur stregth for sure..and when YOU feel healthy in ur body ..ur mind will heal and then ur heart will be able to deal with any stress or heartache..boyfriends are replacable...sad but true..love is sometimes hurtful unfortunately..but life goes on...ifya need to talk hit me up...dar* hugs xxx
