Last week did not go very well with a few days above 1000 calories causing and gained a few pounds. Starting week 5 and have to try harder and though I was off to a good start yesterday turning down hot fresh pizza when arriving at home. Around 10 PM I had consumed about 600 calories for the day then I turned the corner in the kitchen to find a fresh bag of tortilla chip and it went down hill quickly. Avocado, quesso & chips did me in. The sad part is I was not even hungry. Well off to a good start today again.
