Diet - Breakfast: skipped, just forgot to eat. Lunch: Dashed home from the office and heated up a hamburger patty and fired 2 eggs w/ muenster and cheddar. Yum. Dinner: lean pork tacos on whole grain tortillas w/ mole and cole slaw, cauliflower rice, black beans, 1 Blue Moon Winter Abbey ale
Exercise - Light day, sore from the chiropractor yesterday and the 8 solid days of bike-riding. Just the vibram foot exercises, 100-ups in the AM, and a bike ride late this afternoon, plus some rough-housing and running with the pup.
