***** Trying the "my" Indulgence Day*****


Officially started Curves two weeks ago today and I have lost a total of 6.5 inches off of my body during that time. I wish I had been more honest about my weight because I thinking I was gaining then and didn't record here, but my guess is: I lost about 5 pounds during those 2 weeks. Wish the pounds were still going down faster, but I do believe the fat is coming off and the inches are going down....plus some muscle being added.

Mom is sick, been worried about her. Has a lot of open wounds and they cancelled her home health nurse because they didn't see the point of a nurse coming to put cream on her. My dad can be a jerk- a real one so I doubt he will help out- we shall see. She goes back to wound care today and is basically going to ask to be put in the hospital. Sometimes she is my biggest driving force and other times, I just feel like having a pity party for myself because of all the crap I can't control.

trying to decide if I wanna try kingkeld's indulgence today or tomorrow. I do believe in this, didn't know the science behind this---well, knew alittle. But anyhow, that's what happened to me last weekend. I vegged out at the Chinese Buffet and my weight stayed the same (may have eaten too much). But still, normally if I were to eat like that- a huge gain would come on, but it didn't. So, I may try his method (all the stats/#'s) and see what happens. Officially lost 5 pounds in 2 weeks which is cool (I remembered my weigh in @ curves was 226). I'm sure i gained some muscle while I was at it. And, 6.5 inches off the bosy isn't too shabby either. Good night ya'll- going back to bed.
