I went back on Phase 1 for two weeks now. Lost 7 pounds! I'm back tied with my lowest of the year at 180. Still aiming for 165. I haven't started working out yet, and I know that's what it'll take to get to the next level. I feel great so far. I think I'll stay more or less on Phase 1 for another week or two, before I start working in the whole grains, etc.
