Diet - Breakfast - Apple (just not hungry) Lunch - 3 fajita tacos w/ lettuce and cheese, small serving of beans
Exercise - AM - Vibram foot fitness, 10-ups, then rode to work PM - Rode home. Rough-housed with the dog, stretching and some crunches on the inversion table, then squat and pushup challenges.
Challenges - About 15 minutes wrestling with Herc and throwing his bumper Squats - W3D1 19/24/19/19/65 Pushups - W4D2 20/25/20/20/28 (jumped from the book to the online program for simplicity)
