Seems my weight loss has stalled somewhat. So far I haven't been junking out, except for this last frozen pizza Sunday. I've been on my feet a lot more since I started a new job in the last few weeks, and I don't feel bad. But I do feel rusty. Lol! It seems that as one get's older the energy levels aren't what they use to be. I really feel my metabolism struggles to stay up through the day. For dinner I wanted to order chinese but instead I made a homemade fried rice dish with left over chicken breast, brown rice & quinoa, egg substitute, frozen peas & corn, frozen peas & corn, garlic, & 1/8 c. soy sauce. I was satisfyingly good, much healthier, and I didn't have to spend a lot of money.
