Morning fasting 83 mg/dl. Expect sometime in the next 7 days to hit the 70 range. I passed up 5 different rum cakes for breakfast and best donuts in the world at lunch at work but broke down at 6 PM while waiting to go out to eat and had cookies (8) and hot coco with whip cream today, I am only human I guess. If one is going to fall off the wagon do it with protein and fats not cards. Carbs just makes one hungry for more carbs.
188.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Every once i a while we all cave in and eat what we know we shouldn't. You are right, carbs just make a person hungry for more.
