Its sooooooo hard...I want chocolate soo bad but there are a lot of carbs in it...but I have lost a lot of weight already and that should be motivation enough.
186.6 lb Lost so far: 0.4 lb.    Still to go: 36.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
