Im in the middle of my 3rd week, and must admit, I am guilty if stepping on the scale every morning. I know thats bad, I dont need to do that. However...it hasnt moved in about a week. I have not cheated at all, have stayed at or under my points the entire time! I dont have as much time to exercise as I need to between work, and 2 kids, but its not like Im sitting around, they do keep me moving! Is this ok? Just doenst make any sense to me....maybe Im not getting enough water. I will work on getting more of that and hope I can keep my butt off the scale for a few days!!!
