Tuesday, June 5th (EFS Day 4 of cycle 2)
7:15 a.m. (Breakfasts): 1 small smoothie (banana, strawberries, soy milk, flaxseed, wheat germ, and yogurt) 10:15 a.m. (M#2): Low-fat yogurt with green apple 12:45 p.m. (Snack): 1-hard boiled egg before working out 1:45-3:15 - 20 min of elliptical, 1 hour of swim (swam around 38 laps - more than 1 mile) 3:30 p.m. (M#3): 1 broccoli salad from Safeway (I didn't have time to cook) 7:00 p.m. (M#4) : Veggie scrambled with 1/2 cup of brown rice 9:00 (Snack): Strawberry yogurt creamery (I love it! It feels like ice cream when eating it!)
I really had a good workout yesterday. No wonder I'm feeling worn out today but when I eat - I'll feel better with energy. Hopefully, I will not feel a bit under weather today because I woke up sweating and feeling woozy this morning. (It's been cold here in Oregon for past 2 days - it was so WARM last week)
