So today is officially over which means I'm officially done with Day one of Phase 1 south Beach. Last time I started this diet I only stayed on it for two weeks and lost close to 11 pounds. A entire year later I haven't gained none of it back and I'm fully committed to loosing another 30 pounds before June 1st, 2012. :)
My Plan: To Stick with South Beach until my desire weight loss than to live the rest of my life in Phase 3 which is the maintenance phase. I'm super excited to see myself 30 pounds smaller :)
