Had Electrolytes yesterday
Cappachino with cream
Had cauli salad
About 80 gram chicken
More cauli rice at 12:00
Tea with cream
144.4 lb Lost so far: 19.0 lb.    Still to go: 23.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 6.2 lb a week
