Hey Guys, I hope everyone is doing well this morning. I am still dropping the pounds. I swear, I lose weight everyday! I am really working hard at this, this time around. I think I need to start my vitamins, I just don't know what would be an excellent choice for me....any suggestions? Usually I would stay on induction for a long period of time, but I think this time I am just going to do the two weeks and then move on to the next phase of the diet. I feel that when I prolong being on induction, I usually spin out of control when I do start to add the carbs. I don't want to do that this time, I am so tired of yo-yo dieting. I am trying to find a routine eating schedule that works for my body so that I can put this dieting on the back burner and focus on more important things. I am going to do it this time yall! Oh, and I realized why your photo isn't by your journal entry on the myfatsecret page. Mine isn't either on mine, but I see yours next to yours. Does that make sense?
