I know I said I would not weigh myself untill Tuesday but I couldnt help myself today! Scale says I am down a lb! :D
I am on a mission to find Virgin Coconut oil... It is not common around here and wegmans told me to come back tomorrow to see if they got any in :( My sister turned me on to it and I want to start cooking with it and using it as a suplement... Sounds so interesting and maybe too good to be true so I have to try it for myself! ;p
125.5 lb Lost so far: 4.5 lb.    Still to go: 10.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

it is! I have been using it to cook and on my lips for added softness and moisture :) I LOVE IT!
