This weekend my sisters and I took my Mother out for supper for her birthday. It was a very nice restaurant, but the food was too rich, and it made me sick even though I kept my portion size way down. I guess my body has gotten used to the diet food.
I made it to the gym today and worked out for over two hours. I walked two miles at 3.5 mph and then worked on the weight equipment for an hour and a half. Boy am I tired! Hopefully I won't be too sore tomorrow...
