My goal is to reach 210 lbs by March. I have roughly 6 weeks so that comes out to losing 3.5 lbs per week. I realize this is not healthy by no means but this is America...We are not exactly known for being healthy.

My plan starting tomorrow is to increase my protein to around 200g per day. I hope to bring my fat to under 50g per day. Carbs to 70g per day. Carbs are my enemy! I am not trying to endorse a high protein diet but it seems like that is what is killing me. I workout 2-3 hours everyday and aerobic exercises range from 45 minutes to 90 minutes each day. I make sure my heart rate stays in various ranges based off a fat burning and cardio zone.

I have a feeling I am going to be VERY hungry and moody. I plan to offset the hunger with water. I am not sure if this is to drastic (probably) but I will evaluate it as it comes. I hope this will help me accomplish my goal and I am not opposed to cutting fats and carbs down further if need be.

I am tired of seeing slow results and I can only account it to my carbs and fat intake. Your body is going to burn what you eat then go after the fat. I workout to much for the pounds not to be flying off. I have acquired alot of muscle mass and my cloths are looser. That is just part of my goal.

I have other plans for Feb. but I need to see how the rest of this month goes first.
