i started my food diary off by a day so I have 2 days worth of food on one day... *sigh* it kinda amazes me that I only really eat like 65% of my RDI...well... at the moment anyway... not sure if I need to fix that?... I mean will I gain if I don't take in what my body needs or will it actually use what I have stored...
