Oh how I love entering my exercises! I could do it the morning when I enter my food for breakfast and lunch but it feels so good doing after I actually workout. Is that weird? Doesn't matter. I still love it. Lifes simple pleasures right. Doing 20 CONSECUTIVE minutes on the eliptical now! Whoohoow. This IS a big deal for me. Watch out too cause maybe next week I'll be up to 25 minutes. Still messing with the scale daily but that will stop soon. I absolutely HATE having to loose those same damn two pounds again. Once they're off and I start lossing again I will go back to weighting in once a week. For now I'm just pissed about it and almost consumed with the scale. This too will pass. I will NOT surrender.
