I really wish I had taken before photos of myself. I find myself lacking motivation to do walks lately and if I had those before photos to look at then I bet that would motivate me more. Don't get me wrong I am not gaining or going back to what I weighed I''m just saying on those mornings when I go to the fridge to get a drink before I go out it would be nice to look at before photos. I don't have them because when I weighed 407 I was avoiding the camera like it had the plague. I knew I didn't look good so there was no reason to share it with anyone. I think I might dance a little today. Maybe 30 minutes.
